Lovely Spot!
Great view, coffee & sweets
It is new and has a pleasant feeling. Sandwiches are also affordable and a lot of appliances! I always ask for Matcha Latte without cream. It's cold in winter, but outside terrace is recommended!
After the visit, come for a cup of coffee!
The store was surprisingly large and the green seen through the window was very beautiful and comfortable. The taste of coffee and dessert is also delicious, so it is recommended when going to Meiji Jingu Shrine and Yoyogi Park.
Nice cafe to relax before or after a visit to Meiji Jingu.
Atmosphere cafe And a beautiful view to see Gate of Meiji Shrine
Drinks are delicious. Sitting in the store, admiring the tree-lined avenue, tasting delicious pastries, be sure to take a break here and enjoy leisure time.
Caramel macchiato hot with whipped cream. It's really together. Price is considered more expensive than the shop. If so, what should I do?
A very relaxing cafe. The food menu is also delicious. Croissant recommended. Especially for sticks! The drink menu is also gentle, and the occasional limited menu is also good. The clerk is very friendly. The view of the window is also wonderful. It is a cafe that is totally healed. It is inevitable that there are too many people.
The tartlet was simply delicious 👍🍰. We paused opposite the entrance gate ⛩️ before going to the Meji Shrine. On the edge of the park in a quiet area you could also "look at people".Take a break, enjoy the food & watch the goings-on 👍😉
Visit Meiji ShrineI came back to the one ToriiHere is a break.Today was Koharu weather, so it was good outside.Formed inside.Sandwich and coffee with duck bacon.Unfortunately, Bacon was only visible. We want everything to be delicious, not just beautiful.A system that returns tableware etc. by yourself after eating.
Great place, if you go there early in the morning you will be able to seat in front of the Meiji Jingu entrance but in a not crowded place. Places are also very reasonable.
A cafe where you can enjoy precious leisurely relaxing tea in Harajuku.I recommend the drink menu which changes every season. There are also snacks such as sandwiches. However, it is a little inconvenient that payment is cash only.
It is used for a break after worship. It was crowded because it was a long holiday, but the coffee break is healed while watching the Meiji Jingu Torii on the terrace. It is recommended because the cost performance is good. Snacks are also available.
A very nice Cafe full of warmth from trees. Bright, faintly fragrant wood🌿There is a sense of liberty with the careful creation that makes you feel Japanese. The counter seats in the store were good, but on the terrace seats so much trouble. The comfortable breeze was pleasant and the green and rustling sounds of the forest trees at Meiji Jingu Shrine, and the mysterious sound of the handpan playing on the street nearby, I was very healed and relaxed. * :。 ✡ *: ゚There are many foreign tourists, but all are peaceful. The staff was happy to respond with a smile and good feeling. The sweets in the showcase seem to be really delicious, and the next one will definitely come to eat sweets (∗ ˊᵕ` ∗ ˊᵕ) ♡
A nice cafe with wooden structure. The view from inside towards the shrine gate is beautiful
It is a self-style cafe located in Jingu. As it is only this area where you can dine in the shrine, the weekend was very crowded with tourists. From the entrance to the right you can see Japanese-style items (rice, sweets, etc.) and on the left, Western-style items (pizza, cake, etc.). The pizza and beer set at the entrance can not be ordered unless they line up in the left column. The facilities are new and very clean. The taste is quite normal, but on sunny days the terrace seats in the back surrounded by green are pleasantly recommended.
It was right opposite to Meiji Shrine entrance. The place was chic and pleasant to spend some quality time with friends and family.
Perfectly situated cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. Purchased icecream. They were a bit unusual, somewhat icy, and not very creamy. Flavours were fine (limited variations). Still a nice place to sit.
Nice and cozy cafe. Very refreshing. Location just beyond park entrance. Recommended.
beautiful wooden interior design.
I went on a weekday morning. I thought that many people visited Japan for sightseeing from foreign countries.Although it was raining, most people sat on the outside terrace seat.I saw the trees green and torii at the entrance to the south entrance from the inside surrounded by big glass and it was very bright and open. After ordering at the counter at the entrance, I finish payment and receive it. Water etc is self. Those who were registered at the cash register were engaged in English by foreigners. We ate 'special compaction matcha eaten comparison' which Matcha soft cream and ice cream entered into a small cone container. Soft cream was easy to eat with sweetness that was refreshing. Matcha was rich in ice cream. It was a cafe that I wanted to stay long because I had a good view and comfort.
By the time I visited Meiji Shrine, I stopped by without any mind, but it was a big hit! There are plenty of menus and prices are not strange and everything is tasty. The inside of the calm shop smelled good of the trees.Although it was crowded on Saturdays and Sundays, the customer's attendance was also polite, and I told them that "I'm glad I came here" "Come again."
Coffee and Mont Blanc are recommended outside on a sunny day.
Nice stop, and better coffee!
Excellent location, you can sit opposite the Meiji Jingu Otorii for coffee, snacks, and street performers playing shakuhachi, and suddenly do n’t know which time it is The most special thing about this coffee shop is that the wood in the shop is from the surplus materials of the Meiji Jingu Shrine, full of the fragrance of alder. Ordered two limited desserts. But it's too sweet, so be prepared.
It is just a good cafe terrace to get a breakThe view from inside the store is also green and many foreigners are also looking at it and it is not boring and interestingI will stay a little longer this time (^-^)
Great location but the coffee is only acceptable for locals. For foreigners, the quality of the coffee is way below average. It tasted like an instant coffee and costed 450Yen. Nice try!! My grandma can make better coffee than your staff. Good luck!!
Located just outside the gate to Meiji Shrine beside Harajuku Station, this cafe has a great variety of yummy desserts, and clean restrooms for a pit stop.Photos © Sanjib Dutta
Try out their strawberry dessert!
It's a small but very comfortable cafe. The building, which is carefully made of innocent materials, has a clean feeling, and while it has a shrine-like fit in a place called Meiji Jingumae, it is also very modern. The construction was also of a very high standard. The chair looks beautiful for 100 years, but it was a little heavy due to hardwood.
The sun is brightening the store and the atmosphere is very good! It is recommended to take a break here after visiting Meiji Jingu Shrine. There is also a restroom nearby (clean), and I was able to relax in a friendly atmosphere. The clerk's response is also great! I was able to spend a refreshing time with a cake and latte (^-^)
A cafe at the entrance of Meiji Shrine. reasonable
Relax, nice coffee
A lot of expensive
Hello! It is sipura.Take a walk to Meiji Jingu in front of Harajuku Station. It was crowded with foreigners and Shichigosan family.Take a break at "Cafe Sakai no Terrace" in front of the torii.During this time, the terrace seats are pleasant. The shop is woody and calms down. The timber used in this store seems to be reusing wind-down trees that have fallen due to typhoons and heavy snow in the walls of Meiji Jingu Shrine."Ice hojicha latte" 550 yen"Croissant of strawberry" 440 yenWe have you look at torii on terrace seat. This croissant is about 40 centimeters long. The caramelized surface is covered with almonds, so it doesn't get crisp. The roasted tea renewed this fall uses Meiji sancha, a “natural banban tea made by traditional farming”.It looks cute and delicious. It is a stylish cafe where you can feel the power of nature in a majestic atmosphere in front of Harajuku Station.
混んでましたA nice located cafe for a rest. But nothing special, and pretty crowded.
Beautiful cafe right outside Meiji Shrine. Not bad iced coffee and well air conditioned for when it’s hot out!
Best tofu and matcha soft serve ever
The Meiji Jingu shrine table made of cherry blossoms and the wood made store have a refreshing atmosphere. Is the coffee a slightly sour type? It's a bit disappointing because I could enjoy the greenery abundantly from the position of the shop before the move, and I could enjoy the casual and Western-style feeling with the mysterious balance with Meiji Jingu. You can enjoy the greenery when you sit facing the other side of the shrine, but it's kind of like putting your hips at the torii gate.If you look only at this shop, it is reasonably comfortable. I think that the parking lot that entered the side road of Jingu is relatively empty and a secret place.
This is a wonderful cafe with terrace seats where you can enjoy the fresh greenery and the sounds of birds and insects.
After worshiping Meiji Jingu Shrine, I was relieved to relax while watching the torii gates of Meiji Jingu. Meiji Sancha is a pleasure to have a small plate on which tea packs are placed.
Cafeteria located right in front of the entrance to the Meiji sanctuary, rather to its torii that marks the beginning of the path that leads to the sanctuary. Cafes and others have reasonable prices and despite its location, it is relatively easy to find a place.
The heart fits in Harajuku's wide sky and birds singing. There are many people on Saturdays and Sundays, but on weekdays it is about half full. I thought it was only a cafe (sweet one), but in reality there are sandwiches, perfect for light lunches. If you drink a little drink, it's definitely a terrace recommended. You can feel like having a forest. However, there is no blanket.Drinks are attached to your favorite sandwiches at +250 yen. If you get tired of the hustle and bustle of Omotesando and Harajuku!
I went for lunchtime on weekdaysIt was close to full.I ordered soilate and roach tea latte. It was warm and drinkable temperature until the end.Because there is a narrow space between the seats and a coat in the winterI will be careful not to bump.
A cafe at the entrance of Meiji Shrine. After I went to Meiji Shrine, I got a break. It is made of wood and inside the shop perfectly concept with Meiji Shrine full of nature. There is terrace seat, too and can do slowly. It is sometimes called Meiji Jingumae, mostly crowded.
The coffee is delicious and the cake is full of flavor.
You can have tea while looking at the greenery of Meiji Jingu. The cake was also delicious.
A cafe in front of the torii gate of Meiji Shrine. It is rarely full for some reason. You can see the torii gate and passers-by. The store is comfortable with wooden interior. Matcha latte is rather sweet. Actually, the view on the opposite side of the torii is wonderful. You can feel like you are in the forest.
